We would like to update you on the current situations surrounding your Contemporary Gardens order, and our service overall.
As you will all be aware the COVID 19 pandemic continues to have fluctuating effects on supply of all products, and this is no different with ourselves.
This is has coincided with a period of unprecedented demand within the industry. We have had to, as a business, grow quickly and adapt to meet this demand.
We have over the course of the last week managed to suffer a machining malfunction, costing us 2 days production and have had our phone lines down. These are now available, however, our internet now also appears to be down. We are dealing with this to the very best of our ability.
Further to this we also managed to lose several days delivery last week as due to our courier systems having been completely wiped out by a lightning strike, losing there tracking and delivery input.
We as a company can easily understand any customers concern with regards the situation, but would like to reassure you we will be responding to the queries we have received as quickly as possible in these unprecedented times and would like to thank you for your patience.
The ongoing COVID crisis continues to affect our everyday lives and here at Contemporary Gardens, we are no different as the reality of dealing with the crisis continues to be felt.
We are currently open as normal, albeit with an increase in our delivery timescales.
This process has been an ever-evolving lesson for ourselves as a business, as well as for our suppliers and couriers. The shifting balance is making it challenging for our employees, and we are grateful for our customers understanding in the matter.
For our part we have ramped up our production capabilities and introduced a shift pattern. This is whilst keeping to government social distancing and cleanliness guidelines. Please bare with us as we are doing all we can to react to new situations daily.

We now offer a service where you can select your delivery date. You can choose this when checking out on the cart page. Notice: Our delivery slots are booking up very quickly, please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please note that for all orders placed before the introduction of this service on 2nd June, we are attempting to wherever possible stick to the 17 - 20 working days quoted at point of order.
